You accept all self-inflicted liabilities arising from user-generated assets or disclosures you choose to display within local digital boundaries.

We reserve the unilateral right to permanently cancel, restrict, or suspend your account access permissions if you violate the safety boundaries of this agreement. The App is distributed on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" foundational layer with no warranties of any variety, express or implied. Neat does not guarantee uninterrupted operational status or absolute accuracy of local user feeds. To the max extent permissible under applicable laws, Neat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform down-times or actions of third-party users.
We maintain permissions to adjust these structural boundaries as required by dynamic compliance metrics. Continued application execution following update announcements indicates an absolute legal signing of the newly adjusted Terms of Service frameworks.
